19 And have numbness in left arm and leg. Please help.?

im only 19 years old but i have lost feeling in my left side mostly my arm n leg, my motor skills are shot and im havin trouble walkin and picking up stuff i cant even hold a sucker with out dropping it wat can i do to fix myself i cant afford a doctor. it all started after i slipped on the ice.
