Would this be the best computer ever?

Sounds like another "super gaming machine". If money is not an issue, it's great. Otherwise, it's not worth it since you probably will not be able to utilize all that performance. Chances are, you can build 2 setup with something less high end and they would still perform the way you need it to. But, go for it anyway!
