Help with the Japanese language?

Does anybody know where I can find some kind of school or mentor that will teach me Japanese? I'm really into the culture and I want to know how to speak the language.... I am at a baby level right now, I only know a few words and can only write the the vowels a, e, i, o, and u, as well as ka, ke, ki, ko, and ku in Japanese writing.
