Should I start LeSean McCoy or pick up Quinton Ganther?

I have 3 RB's. Frank Gore, LeSean McCoy, and Justin Forsett. As of now I'm starting Gore and McCoy but I'm just not feeling his match-up against the Giants. I know the Eagles blew them out earlier this year but this game will not be the same. Last week against the Falcons he only had 2 yards on 6 attempts. Quinton Ganther will get his first start this week and even though I don't know anything about him, he is going up against the Raiders. Would it make since to pick him up and bench McCoy?
