Help me with my new house please!?

Hi I am moving into Bernal Dwellings next week and its in San Francisco located on 26 st and Cesar Chavez street . What do you guys think about that part ? I want to know is it a bad neighborhood .If so what has happened there . And usually what kind of people live over there I want to know because a lot of time my little brother stays home by himself and I want to know is it dangerous . Or if there is people that would do bad things . Please get to me with answers THANKSSSSSSS!!!!
