Find the determinant for the following matrix...?

You may not have learned this fun fact, but if you row reduce a matrix, you don't change its determinant! All the second matrix is doing to the first is applying some multiples of the rows to the other rows, or, in other words, row reduction! So, if the determinant of the first is 7, then then determinant of the second in also 7.
