Please help i got a problem?

earlier on i gota new fish, and in the water the plastic bag it was bittig and attacking so i thought it was hungry i put it in the tank and gave it food but only the other fishes ate again not the new 1. after a while my black fish which isnt new his been with me for a month of two, know my black fish with the poky eyes isnt swimming how it normally used to. Do they sleep? its just sitting on the pebbles, and doesnt move around much, o and one of my fishes the white with orange on its head seems to be attacking the rest of the fish whats happening? these fishes arent new the new 1 was being bit they left him alone know there all just on the pebbles and not swimming as usual are they ok?
