Are Europeans really that much smarter or better than Americans?

After the stupid European Nobel Committee nominated Obama for the Nobel Prize, which he has earned for doing nothing, Europeans have lost all credibility with me. I dont believe that their system is any better. Their education sucks (3 years ahead of American students, what a joke), government (Nazi/socialist dictatorships, just look at Angela Merkel), and especially their health care, which you have to wait months or even years for. Why do you think so many Europeans come to America to pay for our services? It may be costly, but at least you get top notch treatment.
