MAJOR HELP PLEASE!!!?

I bought a blackjack a while back and it SUCKED.. no service.. ANYWHERE.. so.. i am due for an upgrade after having this terrible phone for a year and a half.. what phone should i get? i need good service and i want it to be qwerty but its ok if it isnt. im thinking a blackberry curve or a razor 2 or moto q.. all 3 of those are good right??? i need some answers FAST.. pleaseeee
