I like #1 best because it's a space saving shape (fits into corner), it's got a compact under-gravel filtration and lighting system, and it's cheap. By far the best for your money out of the 4 you picked. True it's not the most visually esthetic, but I think you could make it so by using plants and "betta" sized tank decorations.
