Dont know if i should dump him?

ive been dating this guy for a few months. i really love him , and he loves me. but one day last week he got oral from some random girl. he was honest and told me about it. i went away for a few days and it put the fear of deception and betrayal in his mind. were both very jealous people. he also just had a testicle removed from testicular cancer and he going through this "having to prove hes still a man phase". i dont get it but whatever. i dont know if i should stay with him, but i miss him all the time. and people think we shouldnt break up. i dont know what to do.
