Ethics Question: Cable Theft?

Ethics question: I live in a large condominium complex in which many of my neighbors have satellite dishes. I pay a monthly fee for basic cable but for some reason -- presumably because of my neighbors' dishes -- my television picks 50 or 60 extra channels. Even though I am not doing anything illegal, such as splicing lines, is it unethical to enjoy these extra channels?
