Is there any site that will get rid of my many registry errors for FREE?

I recently bought a PC to get online and it came with 200+ registry errors, I can't afford just yet to pay for them fixed, but I think my PC's running VERY slow because of them. I'm very new to the internet so simple answers please!! Thanks, Tracy Foster (Pi**ed off from Doncaster)
