Military marriage? name change? insurance? help?!?!?

Once you are married, regardless of where you are in school, you are NOT on your parents' insurance ... you should use your husband's last name, register the marriage with the military base he's igned to as his 'home base' and your insurance will be through the military unless they tell you that you must 'pay' and get private insurance. Since military wives are treated at military hospitals for EVERYTHING including childbirth, I suggest you get your insurance through the military since it's less expensive than private insurance and the military doctors are some of the best in this country(or any other country the US has military bases in).
